8 oz wide lasagna noodles
1 15-oz container ricotta cheese
2 C shredded fresh spinach leaves
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 45 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground beef
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
In bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, eggs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Brown beef and mix with spaghetti sauce.
Spread 1/2 C spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Layer with 3 lasagna noodles, half the ricotta mixture, 1/2 C mozzarella, and sauce.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake uncovered in oven for 34-40 min.
