Cookies-
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup Libby's pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Glaze-
2 cups powdered sugar
3 T. milk
1 T. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in medium bowl: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. Cream in large bowl: margarine and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla and beat until creamy. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until brown. Cool completely before drizzling with glaze.

For glaze: Mix powder sugar, milk, margarine and vanilla until creamy and drizzle on cupcakes.
