3 lbs hamburger
3 eggs
1 lg onion, chopped
1/2 sleeve of saltine crackers
1/2 c ketchup
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Shape into loaf in pan. Spread additional ketchup over top of loaf. Add 1/2 c water to bottom of pan.

Bake at 375º for 45 min.
