2 (12 oz) pkgs broccoli slaw mix
1 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 c. dried cranberries
1 c. roasted and salted sunflower seeds
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, cabbage, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, brown sugar, oil, and salt. Add to broccoli slaw mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
