1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Corn (drained and rinsed)
1 Medium Diced Tomato
1 Diced Green Bell Pepper
1 Medium Diced Red Onion
3 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Chopped Cilantro

Mix all ingredients together. Salt to taste Serve with tortilla chips.
