3 C cooked chicken, diced
1 med. onion, diced/sautéed
1 (8-oz.) can water chestnuts, drained/chopped
2 (14-1/2 oz.) cans French-style green beans, rinsed/drained
1 (4-oz.) can pimentos, rinsed/drained
1 (10-oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 C mayonnaise
1 (6-oz.) box Uncle Ben’s long-grain & wild rice, cooked according to package directions
1 C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients together & spread in a 3-qt. casserole dish.

3. Bake for 25 minutes.
