1 doz. cold eggs (older eggs are easier to peel)
1/4 C mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (adjust amount & product based on preference)
1-1/2 t yellow mustard
2 T sweet pickle relish
Salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the cold eggs into a large pan. Cover eggs with cold water. Cook over med-high heat until the water comes to a boil. Turn off the heat, cover with lid, and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove the eggs from the pan, placing them directly into an ice bath for 15 minutes.

2. Peel each egg, slice in half, place yolks in a small mixing bowl.

3. Mash yolks with a fork.

4. Stir in mayo, pickle relish, mustard mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Fill egg white with yolk mixture.

6. Garnish with paprika.
