3 Tablespoons Cream or Half and Half
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cook first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat to a spreading consistency. You may need to add more sugar if necessary.
