1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. salsiccia sausage (Italian sausage)
1 family-size box Kraft cheese & shells
1 C milk
3 C good spaghetti sauce
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
Small handful of shredded provel cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. In large skillet, brown beef & sausage until completely cooked. Drain grease.

3. Use Dutch oven to boil macaroni for 8 minutes. Drain macaroni & return it to Dutch oven. Stir in milk & cheese packet.

4. Stir meats into mac & cheese mixture into Dutch oven.

5. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Layer 1/3 of meat/mac/cheese mixture, 1/3 of mozzarella/provel, 1/3 of spaghetti sauce, top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers 2 more times until all ingredients are used.

6. Bake 15-20 minutes until heated through & cheese is melted.

Personal Notes:
The original recipe called for all hamburger and no provel cheese, so you can change it up to your liking. I add the provel cheese, so I use a little less mozzarella.
