Ingredients:  
Mix together 1C soft butter
1/2 c granulated sugar
1 egg

Stir in 1 tsp almond extract
Add
3 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
mix ingredients as described above.
Chill dough (Fran said she often chills over night)
Roll out and cut into shapes.
Bake at 425 for 5 minutes only!!
Put sugars on cookies before baking or frost when baked.

These are good - she rolls them very thin, so they are crispy.
