3/4 stick butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup Half and Half (or whipping cream)
1 pound shrimp (butterflied)
1/2 cup green onions
1 can of crabmeat
large bunch of asparagus (cut off bottom couple of inches of stalks, then cut in 2 or 3 pieces)

In a small saucepan add 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup Half and Half (or whipping cream). Heat over low-medium heat until blended and thickened. Turn off heat. In a large skillet melt 1/4 stick butter. Over medium heat, saute together butterflied shrimp, green onions, crabmeat, and cut asparagus. Turn down heat. Pour sauce from small saucepan into large skillet and mix all ingredients together. Add more cream (1/2 cup or so). Serve over pasta.
