2 cans clams
1 medium onion, diced
1 stick margarine or butter
3 cans (10 ¾ oz.) New England clam chowder
2 cans (10-3/4 oz.) cream of potato soup
2 qts. half & half (I use fat free)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
Salt/Pepper to taste

1. In Dutch oven, melt 1 stick of butter.

2. Add clams & onion; saute.

3. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Simmer 1 hour.

Note: For thicker soup, use less half and half.
