• 12 slices of turkey breast meat or ham (either works)
• one dozen eggs
• parmesan cheese
• salt
• pepper

Directions:

1. Spray a 12-count muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. Place one slice of turkey into each muffin cup (this will make a turkey cup).
3. Crack one egg into each turkey cup.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375º.
