1 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Dry Mustard
8 Oz. 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Eggs
Day Old French bread slightly harden, cut into bite size pieces.
1/2 Stick of butter cut into 6 pieces.

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread & cheese in dish- pour milk over bread and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, remove and mix throughly, return to over, bake until slightly firm. Add beaten eggs and mix.
Place butter around the dish.
Bake for 20 more minutes.
