6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 onion chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 c. sour cream
3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (could use 1/2 sharp cheddar and 1/2 Monterey Jack)
8 to 10 large four tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with onions until done (do not over cook). Cut into bite size pieces and place in large bowl. Add other ingredients and stir together until well mixed. Place half of mixture in tortillas and roll. Place in well greased 9x13 pan. Spread other half mixture over the tortillas. Bake 30 to 45 min. at 350º. it should be hot and bubbly.
