2 heads of cabbage, washed and chopped
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 large bag of egg noodles
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. of olive oil
2 packages of Turkey Kielbasa, chopped
2 sticks of butter (more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat add olive oil, garlic and onions and cook for 5 minutes. until onions caramelize.
Stir in the turkey kielbasa, and cook until slightly browned. Add cabbage and stir until well blended, add one stick of butter
(add about 1/2 cup of water). cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
Cook the egg noodles while the cabbage mixture is cooking, once egg noodles are ready at to the cabbage mixture and stir until well blended, add one stick of butter. let simmer for about 10 minutes or until butter is melted and enjoy.
