14 Tbsp. of melted butter (set aside)
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup baker's white sugar
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
chocolate chips
walnuts (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl blend egg and egg yolk together until light and frothy. Add 1 tsp. vanilla, brown sugar, white sugar, and butter and mix well. In a large bowl sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to sugar mixture, and mix well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
