1 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
In large bowl; beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy
In another bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt
Stir in the butter mixture until well blended.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or just until set.
(the center of the cookies will be fudge like)
