1/3 C vinegar
1/3 C oil
1/3 C sugar
2 eggs
1 t yellow mustard (not dry)
Pickle relish
Onions
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over low heat add: vinegar, oil, sugar, & eggs. Beat with mixer while cooking these ingredients.

2. Boil potatoes until cooked through. Cool, peel, & cube potatoes.

3. Add pickle relish & onions to the potatoes.

4. Pour vinegar mixture over potatoes. Stir to coat potatoes. Salt/pepper to taste.

5. Sprinkle top with paprika.
