1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp light corn syrup

Cook in pan until sugar dissolves. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan.

Directions:
Directions:
In pan, arrange two layers of bread (Texas toast or french bread) that has been dipped in mixture of:

7 eggs
1 1/2 cups half & half
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Pour any remaining mixture over bread. Arrange fresh or frozen peaches on top.

Sprinkle with mixture:

2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
