Mix (for Meatballs):
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. chopped onion or onion soup mix
½ cup fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Pinch of garlic salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 egg beaten
½ tsp. curry powder
⅔ cup milk

Sauce:
½ cup of white sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
¼ cup white vinegar
20 oz. can of pineapple tidbits (add bits to sauce later), reserve juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix, chill then form into 30 balls.
2. Brown in either oil or bake them at 350ºF for 20 - 30 mins.
3. Mix first 4 ingredients of sauce together.
4. Stir in vinegar and pineapple juice.
5. Bring to boil and stir until thick and clear then add pineapple bits
6. Mix with meatballs and simmer until meatballs are fully cooked in the middle, diced peppers are optional.
