3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup water
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter, brown sugar, sugar, and egg in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to meduim speed and beat 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl.
Add carrots and water. Turn to low speed and beat 15 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Add oats, flour, soda, and salt. Turn to low speed and beat 15 seconds.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 375ºF for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
