Ingredients:  
3 cups cooked, mashed, sweet potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. butter
3/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. finely, chopped pecans
Mix until crumbly, put on top of sweet potatoes.
Directions:

Mix and put into a 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
