2 round steaks
steak seasoning
1 can beef gravy
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 small onion
oil
water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash steaks. Seasoning steaks with seasoning and salt/pepper. Fry in hot oil slowly. Turn steaks occasionally until tender and cooked to taste. Once the steaks are cooked, drain all but about 1/4 of oil from the pan. Add beef gravy, garlic and onion and enough water to smoother the steaks. Stir around the gravy, lower the heat to simmering. Cook steaks until well cooked and smootherd all over. Serve with rice or smashed potatoes.
