Red Snapper
2 T Lemon Juice
1/4 C White Rice Flour
1 tsp Lemon Pepper or Seasoning Salt
2 T Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Coat red snapper with lemon juice. Combine white rice flour and lemon pepper or seasoning salt on a plate. Dredge red snapper in the white rice flour mixed with lemon pepper or seasoning salt. Let sit until red snapper reaches room temperature. Heat margarine in fry pan. Add red snapper and cook 4-5 mins per side.

If you don't have or like white rice flour you can use brown rice flour, baking mix, pancake mix, tapioca flour, or corn meal to coat the red snapper.
