1 1/2 C GRITS
1 LB LONG HORN CHEESE
1 1/4 C BUTTER
3 BEATEN EGGS
2 TSP SALT
2 TSP TABASCO
1 TSP PAPRIKA

Directions:
Directions:
COOK GRITS IN WATER. FOLD IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. BAKE 1 HR AT 350º OR 2 HRS AT 25Oº.

THIS FREEZES WELL IF YOU HAVE LEFTOVERS.
