1 (16 oz) pkg of broccoli florets
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 lb velveeta cheese
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli until tender and drain. Pour into casserole dish. In sauce pan add soup, cheese and butter. Cook until it gets creamy, stirring constantly. Put 1/2 cup crackers in the cheese mixture, then pour over broccoli, top with remaining crackers. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 450º, or until crackers start to turn brown.
