3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and mix. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Mix remaining 4 ingredients. Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes mixture. Bake at 350º oven for 30-40 minutes until thick.
