1 stick butter
1 cup mashed bananas or more
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1-1/2 cup plain flour
1-1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts


Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients, add to liquid. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. I use 4 very ripe bananas.
