1 large can red sockeye salmon
1 small onion diced
2 eggs
saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Empty salmon (and liquid) into bowl. Add egg and blend well. Add diced onion and stir. Add enough crushed saltines to mixture to hold together all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased griddle or frying pan. Brown on both sides.
