2-lb. flank steak (I use Londan Broil)
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbls. basil flakes
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Ask the butcher to cut the steak in half horizontally so it won't be too thick for grilling. Combine ingredients in gallon storage bag and marinade overnight (in refrigerator). Grill 7-10 minutes each side. Slice in strips against the grain to serve. Most requested recipe!
