1 Duncan Hines classic yellow cake mix (no substitute)
1 small box Jell-O Banana Instant Pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup over ripe smashed bananas
1/3 cup oil
*for high altitude add 1/4 cup flour (above 3500 feet)
Cream cheese frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except frosting together. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Frost with cream cheese frosting or butter cream frosting. If you wish to split, fill layer with Bavarian cream filling then frost.
