6 lasagna noodles
10 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
3 C chicken, cooked/chopped
2 C cheddar cheese
1/4 t nutmeg
1 T cornstarch
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 T soy sauce
1 can cream mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. mushrooms, fresh/sliced
1/3 C mayonnaise
1 C Parmesan cheese
4 T butter
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Cook noodles & set aside.

2. Prepare Pecan Topping ---Melt 2 T butter in skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup chopped pecans & cook 3 minutes. Cool completely/set aside.

3. Slice mushrooms & saute in 2 T butter.

4. Drain spinach well.

5. Combine spinach, chicken, & next 10 in large bowl; stir well.

6. Arrange 3 noodles in greased 9x13". Spread 1/2 chicken mixture over noodles. Repeat.

7. Sprinkle top layer with Parmesan cheese & pecan topping.

8. Bake at 350 degrees, 35-45 minutes.
