3 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsn baking powder
oil for deep frying
sifted confetioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with milk. Sift together flour, sugar, slat and baking powder;ad to the eggs and milk. Beat until very smooth. Heat oil in deep fryer to 370 degrees F. Holding funnel with one finger keeping opening closed fill with batter. the use of funnel tool is recommended as oil splashes and can burn finger but it is possible to use if careful. remove finger and let batter run into the oil moving funnel to make a pattern then replace finger if you need to or let it all run to the oil. turn when lightly browned and when both sides are golden then remove with spatula and drain well on paper. Then dust with confectionary sugar. Serve warm
