1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 packet of dry onion soup mix
3 slices left over stale bread ends are fine too. Tear into bite size
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsn of water
water as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread, soup mix ketchup, italian style crumbs, seasoning and water. Mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan or pie dish. Baste top of meatloaf with ketchup. Bake at 425 degrees F for one hour or until edges are just crispy and top has a crust. Cool fifteen min before cutting.
