3 tsp of melted butter
3 1/2 tsp flour
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion juice
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 cups of sifted canned tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Stir the butter and flour into a smooth paste. Add tomatoes gradually. When all has boiled, add soda, salt and onion. Save mixutre when desired for use add cold milk and heat in a double boiler,stirring occasionally till heated well then serve.
