6 oz of pasta / I use farfale ( use whole wheat if desired)
2 chicken breasts
1cup tomato sauce( home made spaghetti sauce is best jarred if time limits)
2 tbsn of olive oil
fresh basil and oregano to taste
4 oz of wine or brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed. Lightly sauted your chicken breasts in olive oil. Add seasoning and sherry or brandy. You may also add fresh tomatoes , mushrooms, or other veggies as desiered to the saute pan. Cook then keep warm till pasta is drained. Add pasta to cooking dish a deeper dish is best. Pour the chicken and veggies you desired into the pan on top of the farfale or desired pasta. If you can afford the calories you may add some mozzeralla or other cheese to top prior to removing from oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for five to ten min.
