1/2 cup soy sauce
2/4 cup vinegar (rice is nice)
1 each whole head of garlic peel and crush each clove
1 to 2 bay leaves
5 each peppercorns
2 tbsns of brown sugar
3 lbs of chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix everything above but the wings in a bowl. Place your wings in a large pan layering is ok. Make sure the pan is large enough to hold both the wings and the sauce. Pour sauce over the wings and bake until wings are done and golden brown. Stir occasionally .These can be served with some nice white or brown rice. If you want a bit more sweetness you can add more brown sugar during simmer stage.
