1 cup of warm water
2 medium cloves of garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon of dried red pepper flakes, optional

Add everything to a food processor or blender and mix well. Simmer on stove top until consistency is to your liking.
