1-1/2 lbs. smoked turkey necks or ham hocks
3 lbs. collard greens
3 cans chicken broth
1/8 tsp. pepper flakes
2 tsp. vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
water
salt to taste



Directions:
Directions:
You will need a pot large enough to cook 3 lbs. of greens. Pour water on turkey necks or ham hocks to cover them. Let cook for 1 hour until tender, but not all the way done. Add collard greens, broth, pepper flakes,vinegar, sugar and water enough to cover greens. Add salt to taste. Cook greens for 1 hour or until done.

Note: Use your own discretion for cooking your collards greens. They can be tough at times and may require more cooking.
