1 large round (or boneless sirloin) steak
1 (15-oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 large onion, cut into quarters
1/2 bottle of Heinz 57 steak sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in the crockpot and mix well. (Steak can be cut into serving-sized pieces if desired.) Cook on low heat for 7-8 hours. Spoon steak broth over rice or noodles to serve with the steak.
