4 -5 large potatoes (peeled and washed)
1 medium onion
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes into large mixing bowl. Grate onion into mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat skillet with oil. Add 2 tablespoons of mixture skillets to form a pancake. You should be able to prepare 5 - 6 pancakes at a time. Turn pancakes over when golden brown on each side.
