2 ½ c. pumpkin
2 ½ c, milk
1 ½ c sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
½ tsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. of whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order. Sit in refrigerator over night. Put in unbaked crust, bake for 15 min. at 475 degrees, then finish until firm at 250 degrees. I usually put water on the crust so it doesn’t get too dark.
