1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbspn butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup f free ricotta cheese
2 tsps flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup of egg substitute

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and salt. Stir well and blend. In a separate container, stir egg substitute, melted butter, vanilla and buttermilk. Stire in liquid ingredients, stirring only until flour is mixed in. Spray a 9x 13 pan and then spread in mixture. In a small bowl , stir togehter cheese, flour and confectioners sugar. Add egg substitute, vanilla and 1 tsp lemon zest and stire to make a spreadable consistancy . Spread filling over the batter. Sprinkle in 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries not thawed. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 min until filling is set and cake is firm. Allow to cool. Serve warm or room temp.
