3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped fine onion
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. lump crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except crab meat in an electric mixer bowl and beat until creamy. Add crab meat and lightly mix. Pour in lightly greased casserole dish and bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes until very lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with buttery crackers.
