1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. firm brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all wet ingredients (room temperature)
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine dry into the wet slowly. Then add the chocolate chips.
Use a ice cream scoop and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.

If you want to make ice cream sandwiches,just flatten the dough before cooking. When the cookies are cool add a scoop of ice cream to one of the cookies,then top with another cookie. Wrap with plastic food wrap and freeze.
