Dry ingredients:
3 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. sweet coconut flakes
1 c. raisins
Wet ingredients:
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients (except raisins). In a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients and stir together well. Mix the dry and wet ingredients well. Spread the mixture over the baking pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes until the granola is golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes. Let cool completely and add raisins. Store in an airtight container. Serve with plain yogurt.
