4 pounds of Potatoes
1 lb hamburger
2 qts tomato juice
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes. Cook for about 30 minutes and then drain.
Brown Hamburger and Drain.
In Dutch over or Large cooking pan add potatoes, hamburger, tomato juice .
Stir together well.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook on stovetop for about 2 hrs at medium to medium/low temp or until potatoes are completely cook and tender
This recipe is similar to chili except you use potatoes instead of chili beans
