1 10 oz. soy sauce
2 tsp.grated ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dark mustard
24 chicken wings...I usually use 2 lbs.
garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and mustard in ziploc bag. Wash chicken and pat dry. Marinate in frig for 2 hours; drain and reserve marinade. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting with reserve marinade. Sprinkle with garlic powder
