2 lbs. Ground Beef
4 Eggs
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. Ketchup
1/4 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/2 c. Onion (chopped)
1/2 c. Bell Pepper (chopped)
3 dashes Tobasco Sauce
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 sleeve + 8 Saltine Crackers
1 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients reserving 1/4 c. Ketchup. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes, After 1st 45 minutes, take out and shut door quickly. Pour off grease, spread Ketchup on top and bake for 30 minutes more.
